This is one of those tracks that paint a specific picture in my mind every time I listen to it.
You are underwater, in a one-person submersible, surrounded by dark water far below the reach of sunlight. Going deeper and deeper into the abyss, the beam of the submersible lights pointlessly pointing to the pitch-black nothingness in front of it.
But then, for some reason, the engine isn’t responsive anymore, and a faint beep from the radar tells you that you are not alone, that there’s something there. An unknown presence slowly closing in.
A sense of danger starts to creep in, and as the bass comes in you see it… a massive abyssal creature emerging. And you know that’s it, you are completely at its mercy…
